If you use Blackboard email relay service to send emails from your custom domain (for example donotreply@monument.edu), this change will impact you. DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) will now be a required configuration when you use our e-mail relays and a non-’blackboard.com’ domain to send e-mail from your Blackboard LMS. Ally Processing Delays - US-east Region (March 30, 2026)
Mar 30 , 17:12 EDT Monitoring - The Ally development team has scaled up resources based on demand and will continue to monitor progress. Mar 30 , 13:30 EDT Identified - We are experiencing another spike in activity which has caused intermittent delays in the processing of content added to the LMS for institutions in the US. Real time processing delays of approximately 1.5 hours for new content items may be seen during this time. Note that all other Ally features (alternative formats, instructor feedback and institutional report) for previously processed content items should still be working as expected.

Illuminate - SSO login issue
Mar 18 , 09:19 EDT Resolved - The issue has been resolved and users should now be able to log in to Illuminate without issues. Mar 18 , 08:53 EDT Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue with Single Sign-On that may prevent some users from logging in to Illuminate across all regions. We are actively working to resolve it.
