Jun 25 , 10:00 EDT Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Please continue to submit support tickets if you encounter broken file references so that we can address them. May 14 , 17:54 EDT Monitoring - As part of today’s production maintenance release, we deployed a fix to automatically resolve issues with corrupted attachment links in Ultra courses. This addresses scenarios where attachments either appeared missing/blank despite the file existing, or were linked using invalid system paths or malformed URLs that prevented files from loading. The repair has been applied across affected course content, assessments, and announcements to restore reliable access to attachments. We will continue to monitor for broken file reference edge cases and address them if they arise. May 8 , 16:10 EDT Identified - We are currently finalizing the set of changes designed to address the broken link issues reported by users. Several preventative fixes are scheduled to be released in the next two weeks. Separately, we are finishing up changes to automatically repair broken links in many scenarios and will communicate a date for that once it's ready. We recognize that a number of edge cases require thorough handling and will continue to monitor for any related issues.
